Woman Charged with Stealing Baby Formula from Kmart
The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Aug. 20
- 8:26 a.m.: Police received a report of a road rage incident on Geremonty Drive. A driver was reportedly chasing another vehicle and throwing things at the vehicle.
- 8:33 a.m.: Noah Marc Fournier, 30, of 39 Carpenter St., Manchester was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by deception. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.
- 11:17 a.m.: A minor accident was reported in the front lot at Salem Town Hall.
- 12:16 p.m.: A minor accident was reported on Cluff Road.
- 3:23 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on South Broadway.
- 3:54 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of Salem High School on Geremonty Drive.
- 7:45 p.m.: Vanessa Perez, 32, of 19 Larchwood Road, Methuen, MA was arrested and charged with willful concealment. She was reportedly shoplifting baby formula from the Kmart on South Broadway.
- 8:01 p.m.: Michael Coelho, 22, of 19 Winter St., Lawrence, MA was arrested on two electronic bench warrants. The charges were not specified.
- 12:07 a.m.: A caller reported a male subject walking down Millville Street toward Main Street. He had no shirt on, but was carrying a blue T-shirt and it looked like there might be a gun under the shirt. Police responded but found that the man did not have a gun. He was just going for a run.
