Woof Woof Halloween Costume Parade

When it comes to Halloween, the fury residents in the town of Windham, NH have become real party animals. Just because they don’t eat the candy doesn’t mean they can’t dress up for Halloween – and many do! And why not? It’s adorable.

The staff at Woof Woof Doggie Daycare & Boarding, located off Rt. 28 in Windham, feels Halloween is one of the best holidays to celebrate and they want to include their furry friends in a town wide celebration. Whether you are a pet parent without children in the home or a pet parent that considers your dog part of the family, Halloween parades are even more fun when pets are involved.

Join the Annual Woof Woof Doggie Daycare Halloween Parade at Griffin Park on Saturday October 17, 2015! Registration starts at 11:30 am at the pavilion. The first 50 dogs will receive a goodie bag loaded with great prizes dogs will love. Treats from local businesses like Windham Animal Hospital, Dodge Grain, Woof It Down, Rockingham Emergency Veterinary Hospital, State Farm Insurance, TOP DOG Banners-Sign & Design are included in the goodie bags.

This year is shaping up to be a very big year for pet costumes: Everything from minions to wild animals and superheroes are top contenders. Prizes in the following categories will be awarded: Most Original, Funniest, Cutest and Dog & Owner Duet. Canobie Lake Park Screeem Fest will be providing entertainment. After the parade, stick around for Windham’s Harvest Fest from 1-3 pm. This fall festival is geared towards children and is a free event.
