• Historic Sharon school becomes regional landmark (ledgertranscript.com) — Sharon's 1832 Brick Schoolhouse has just been named a national "Landmark" school, making it one of only five such recognized buildings in New Hampshire and the first in the Monadnock region. Residents, local officials, and Sharon's Boy Scout Troop 3877 gathered for a plaque unveiling, celebrating the building's rare, largely unchanged condition and its central place in the town's history and identity.
