“Shall the Windham School District vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $711,000 (seven hundred and eleven thousand dollars) for architect and engineering fees to prepare drawings and to develop aguaranteed maximum price contract for a grade 7 and 8 school on London Bridge Road? Construction of this project will not commence without future action by the voters."

“Shall the Windham School District vote to authorize the School Board to enter into a five year leasepurchase agreement for $2,172,539 (two million, one hundred and seventy-two thousand, five hundred and thirty-nine dollars) including financing charges for modular classrooms at Windham Middle School and to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,284,508 (one million, two hundred and eighty-four thousand, five hundred and eight dollars) for the first year’s lease payment, installation of the modular buildings, and relocation and construction of athletic fields at Windham Middle School, future lease payments will be $434,508 per year, and further to raise and appropriate the sum of $179,208 (one hundred and seventy-nine thousand, two hundredand eight dollars) for the purpose of hiring two additional classroom teachers at Golden Brook School. This lease agreement includes a non-appropriation clause.”

“Shall the Windham School District vote to raise and appropriate up to $95,000 (ninety-five thousand dollars) to be added to the previously established (2006-2007) School Building and Grounds Maintenance Fund,with such sum to be funded from the June 30, 2012 unreserved fund balance available for transfer on July 1, 2012?”

“Shall the Windham School District vote to accept the provisions of RSA 194-C providing for thewithdrawal from School Administrative Unit number 28 involving the school districts of Pelham and Windhamin accordance with the provisions of the proposed plan?”

“Shall the Windham School District raise and appropriate as an operating budget, not including appropriations by special warrant articles and other appropriations voted separately, the amounts set forth on the budget posted with the warrant or as amended by vote of the first session, for the purposes set forth therein, totaling $44,390,524 (Forty-four million, three hundred and ninety thousand, five hundred and twenty-four dollars)? Should this article be defeated, the default budget shall be $43,591,380 (forty-three million, five hundred and ninety-one thousand, three hundred and eighty dollars), which is the same as last year, with certain adjustments required by previous action of the Windham School District or by law; or the governing body may hold one special meeting, in accordance with RSA 40:13, X and XVI to take up the issue of a revised operating budget only."
