70-Year-Old Salem Man Charged with Repeat DUI
The following arrest information was supplied by the Windham Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Dec. 19
- 6:32 a.m.: A domestic incident was reported on Haverhill Road.
- 9:29 a.m.: A theft was reported on Fellows Road.
- 10 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Corliss Road.
- 3:43 p.m.: A bad check was reportedly passed at Windham Town Hall on North Lowell Road.
- 4:11 p.m.: An accident was reported on Indian Rock Road.
- 8:53 p.m.: Richard F. Halloran, 70, of 78 Caddy Drive, Apt. #0, Salem was charged with driving under the influence, second or third offense.
