Alleged Kohl's Shoplifter Arrested

Kelly L. McLaughlin, 30, of Colonial Road in Windham, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on Oct. 6, for willful concealment at the Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road.

Police were called to the scene for a report of a shoplifter – a blonde female, 20- to 30-years-old, wearing a white hoodie, a Red Sox T-shirt, and jeans. She allegedly stole $400 worth of clothes in her purse, according to the report. The woman reportedly left in a Chevrolet.

Police caught up with her on Main Street and she was arrested. McLaughlin was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
