Alleged Windham Stalker Arrested: Police Log

WINDHAM, NH — Heather L. Mercier, 20, of Arnold Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:34 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2017, for forgery. She was arrested on Fellows Road.

Anthony Slabczynski, 45, of Kendall Pond Road in Windham, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Nov. 10, 2017, on four counts of domestic violence-stalking after alleged incidents on Kendall Pond Road.

Olvin E. Garcia Rodas, 36, of Myrtle Street in Manchester, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. on Nov. 8, 2017, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested by Letizios on Indian Rock Road.

David J. Federschneider, 37, of Orange Street in Manchester, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. on Nov. 8, 2017, for DUI and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Indian Rock Road near Enterprise Bank.

Dennis Stevens, 26, of Pitman Road in East Hampstead, received a summons at 11:03 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2017, for operating without a license on Salem Road by Range.

Jose Rivera, 47, of Central Street in Hudson, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Sept. 23, 201, for DUI near Castleton on Enterprise Drive.

Dianne P. Sweeney, 70, of Littles Lane in Hampstead, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for DUI. She was arrested on Range Road.

Kareem Mohammed, 31, of Bridge Street in Pelham, received a summons a 9:58 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for operating with an expired license on Indian Rock Road near Heav’nly Donuts.
