Windham Man Could See New Trial Due to Officer on Laurie List

The Union Leader has reported that a Windham man convicted of road rage could see a new trial due to the arresting officer being on the Hillsborough County Attorney's confidential "Laurie" list

The paper reported that Cody Eller, 20, who was found guilty in November of second-degree assault and reckless conduct, was arrested by Pelham Master Patrolman Eugene Stahl. The arrest took place in 2011 in Pelham after Eller struck a motorcyclist who tried to pass his vehicle.

The "Laurie" list is a collection of officers whose credibility may be questioned if they were called to testify.

Stahl was also involved in the October non-fatal shooting incident of Grant Hebert.
