Construction Work: Annoying and Unnecessary?

After having constructed a new off ramp and creating a new path to I93, construction still continues around 111 in the busiest section along the highways off and on ramps.

I am interested to know what everyone thinks of this new construction and whether or not it has affected their commute in a positive or negative way. Let me know!
