Snow-Stormy Valentine's Meet Can't Derail Local Gymnasts!

Hampstead, NH ~ Phantom Gymnastics hosted their annual Valentine meet the weekend of February 9^th. The Blizzard of 2013 didn’t stop the JO level 4 girls or the Xcel teams (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) from competing on Sunday. All five of the Phantom levels that competed won first place team banners. 

Individual results for our local girls include:

JO Level 4: 

In the Love Bug age group, Ava Sanchez (Windham) placed 1^st on floor, 2^nd on beam, and 2^nd in the all around with a 34.8.  

 In the Cherub age group, Camryn Rueda (Windham) came in 1^st on bars, beam, and floor. She also placed 1^st in the all around with a 37.025. 

Erin Ross (Salem) came in 1^st on vault, 2^nd on beam and floor, and 2^nd in the all around with a 36.075. 

Christina Pelekasis (Salem) placed 4^th in the all around with a 34.4. 

In the Cupids age group, Jenny Guthro (Salem) came in 2^nd on beam, floor, and in the all around with a 37.125.

Xcel Platinum

In the Cupids age group, Leah Faber (Salem) placed 2^nd on floor and in the all around with a 36.2. 

Erin Faber (Salem), came in 2^nd on vault and 4^th in the all around with a 35.6. 

In the Doves age group, Nicole Faber (Salem), placed 1^st on bars, beam, and floor. She also came in 1^st in the all around with a 36.2.

Xcel Gold

In the Cupids age group, Julia Worden (Windham) came in 1^st on vault and 1st in the all around with a 36.55. 

Brittney Waller (Salem) placed 1st on beam and 3^rd in the all around with a 35.95. 

Brytni Benjamin (Windham) came in 2^nd on floor and 4^th in the all around with a 35.875. 

In the Doves age group, Ashley Myer (Salem) placed 1^th on vault and 1^st in the all around with a 35.925. 

Amber Chopelas (Salem) came in 1^st on bars and 3^rd in the all around with a 35.3.

Kierstin Lock (Salem) placed 2^nd on floor and 5^th in the all around with an 34.8.

Xcel Silver

Emilee Redshaw (Salem) placed 1^st on vault and floor. She also came in 2^nd on bars and 1^st in the all around with a 37.525.

Xcel Bronze

In the Cherubs age group, Katrina Souter (Windham) received a 9.325 on bars and came in 7^th in the all around with a 35.6. 

Jessica Vaz (Windham) received an 8.975 on floor and an 8.85 on vault. 

Madison Faulkingham (Windham) received a 8.95 on floor and a 8.9 on vault.

In the Cupids age group, Hanna Allgood (Windham) placed 1^st on beam, floor, and in the all around with a 37.275. 

Delaney Stone (Salem) came in 2^nd on beam and 6^th in the all around with a 36.325. 

In the Sweetheart age group, Alivia Philippon (Windham) received a 9.025 on floor and a 8.925 on bars.

Phantom Gymnastics is a competitive gymnastics program located on Route 111 in Hampstead and draws gymnasts from across Southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.
