Business Expo Coming to WHS in February
The fourth annual event is set to draw large crowds once again.

Since 2009, local businesses and organizations have received the opportunity to highlight their presence through an event held in Windham.
That opportunity will continue on Feb. 16 with a fourth annual expo called "Growing Windham: The Business of Education and the Community" to be held at Windham High School.
According to Community Development Director Laura Scott, the event typically receives a large turnout of over 300 people.

The event is co-sponsored by her department and the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce.
The organizations collaborated on last fall's series of business seminars held in Windham and will do so again on an upcoming four-part series.

According to a release issued by Scott, the event is a wonderful way for people to highlight their organizations or businesses.
Directly before the event, businesses are invited to attend an "after hours" event that Scott called an opportunity for "good networking with other regional businesses."
That will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the expo running from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Table setups are scheduled between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. that afternoon.
The event is free, but spaces are limited so visit this link to sign up online.
The deadline for registration is Feb. 3.
