DWI Charges Dropped for School Bus Driver

The Eagle Tribune reported the news yesterday.

The Eagle Tribune has reported that drunk driving charges were dropped last week for the Windham school bus driver who was arrested last year.

Kimberly Hooley, 50, of Londonderry was in the parking lot of Windham Middle School.

The paper spoke with Windham Police Capt. Mike Caron, who said that the charges were dropped after lab tests taken showed that Hooley was driving within the legal limit. Hooley is now entitled to get her license back.
