NH Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act Informational Workshop

The Windham Community Development Department and the Cobbett’s Pond Improvement Association are sponsoring an informational workshop on the new NH
Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act.

This free educational workshop will will have refreshments.

Jay Aube , the NH Department of Environmental Services Shoreland Program Outreach Coordinator, will be giving a presentation on the Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act (SWQPA), formally the Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act (CSPA).  The CSPA was amended effective July 1, 2011, and a thorough review of the changes will be presented.  There will be time set aside for Q&A from those in attendance.
