The Yoga of Food

Autumn is a great time to detox and cleanse your body. It is also a great time to begin or renew a commitment to your health and well-being. This workshop will focus on the concepts of mindful and conscious eating. You will learn how to nourish your body to create health and develop a practice that assists you with digestion and the elimination of toxins. This workshop will combine lecture, yoga, and discussion.
