This is a make-up class for the Tuesday Night Summer Session.(No class on Tuesday, 7/31.)
There are three basic components to Kundalini Yoga:
Physical postures Thousands of kriyas (exercise sets) strenghthen and balance the nervous, glandular and circulatory systems.
Breathing techniques (pranayama) assist in processing emotions,controlling moods, and developing concentration.
Mantra (sound) and Meditation direct and discipline the mind.
