FIT4MOM Fall Grand Opening

Join us for a free Stroller Strides class as we head indoors to our new location. Class will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 am at NH Academie of Dance with refreshments and free chair massages to follow.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies ages 6 weeks to 4 years. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified instructors, it’s a great work-out for any level of exerciser.

In addition to exercise classes we offer weekly playgroups and monthly Mom’s Nights Out. FIT4MOM is where fitness, friendship, and fun come together!
