HEBRON, NH — A Windham resident was injured Saturday after a snowmobile collision on Corridor 24 in Hebron. Conservation Officers were notified of the incident at 12:40 p.m.

Charleen Gosson, 56, of Windham, was identified as the operator involved in the crash. Gosson was operating her snowmobile eastbound when her ski struck a rock. The impact caused the machine to accelerate quickly, throwing Gosson from the snowmobile, officials said. She was subsequently ejected off the trail and into a group of trees. The Hebron Fire Department transported Gosson to Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth.

Conservation officers confirmed that Gosson suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision. A Conservation officer patrolling on snowmobile was diverted from the Great Meredith Rotary Fishing Derby to respond to the incident.
