Students at Windham Middle School completed an advertising unit earlier this month where they developed and presented an ad campaign for a unique product.

From WMS Teacher Michelle McCorkle: 

Each group had to come up with an idea for their own product, name it, and create a logo and catchy slogan. Then each group had to develop the product packaging, a billboard, magazine ad, 30 second radio commercial, 60 second TV commercial, and a PowerPoint for their presentation.

After a week of hard work, they presented their ad campaign to their classmates. Not only did they learn valuable real-life lessons, but they also had fun in the process. The results were very impressive.
