Jaguar Lacrosse Nets Title, 18-0 Season

The victory took place at SNHU on Thursday night.

The Eagle Tribune reported that the Windham High School girls lacrosse team captured the Division 3 state title last night, ousting no. 2 seed Kearsarge Regional 15-10.

With the victory, the Jaguars netted a perfect 18-0 season. Leading scorers for the contest were Ali Connors, who put home six goals, and Kayla Breton, who notched five.

The game took place at Southern N.H. University, and according to the paper, is the first championship for the program in just its second year.

En route to the championship, the team took out no. 8 seed Oyster River in the quarterfinals and no. 5 seed Hopkinton in the semifinals.
