
Welcome to this week's segment of your Windham Patch last chance, where we remind you of important events, activities or tasks coming up during the week.
This week we are reminding residents who are interested to sign up for Pilates classes being sponsored by the Windham Recreation Department.
The classes, which will begin on April 9, will run for eight weeks and take place every Monday. The entire session costs $65.

The classes will be taught by a licensed physical therapist – Marie Theodhosi – with two levels of instruction being offered.
Level I classes will be at 5:30 p.m. and are for anyone new to Pilates.

These courses progress from basic to more advanced exercises.
Level II classes will begin at 6:30 p.m. and are faster paced. These are for people aready familiar with the form of exercise.
Pilates is a total body-conditioning program that works the body symmetrically. It combines both stretching and strengthening to achieve a balanced and toned body.
