It’s our greatest gift bestowed to us and we should be grateful for every second we live.Growing up we take it for granted and ignore our elders pledge that life is short. We think we are invincible and nothing can stop us. Wrong….very wrong!
Today is the birthdate of my younger brother Bill. He passed away 20 years ago and would of been 46 today. At the young age of 26 Bill left this Earth and we miss him dearly. We have all lost loved ones and will experience more in our future. It’s part of life but that’s not to say it doesn’t hurt. I have a client/friend who lost a few brothers and he said to me “Life goes on…but the pain never leaves…focus on the good “he said. Thats so very true! Yes it hurts but those lost ones would want us to be strong and appreciate who and what we have. The people in our lives are invaluable and we must focus on the limited time we have with them. Materialistic “stuff” is just stuff. Life is a treasure!
