New Date for Tamaja Pies Open House

Windham's newest business will welcome residents on Nov. 15.

If you've been smelling something good while driivng walking around the Village Green Plaza, you're finally going to get the chance to explore the source of that aroma.

Tamaja Pies, Windham's newest local business specializing in pies, pastries and other desserts has announced a rescheduled date of Nov. 15 for its open house celebration in town.

Due to last week's storm, the shop was forced to postpone an event originally planned for last Tuesday.

The new date for the open house will still feature free samples of pies, cookies and other treats. Visitors will also receive 25 percent off all holiday pie orders. Those in attendance will also be eligible for a buy one pie, get one free offer.

Similar to the , other local businesses in the plaza will join in on the party. During the open house, Village Bean will offer special sales up to 75 percent off. Visitors to Simply Wholesome Life will get 15 percent off all purchases, and those heading to Windham Deli will receive 20 percent off all purchases.

According to the Windham Recreation Department, Tamaja Pies recently donated four pies to Windham's Harvest Festival.
