NH Delegation Safe Following Capitol Shooting
The House and Senate were told to "shelter in place" due to an active shooter situation.

All four members of New Hampshire's federal delegation are safe and in lockdown following a shooting in Capitol Hill.
Ben Wakana, a spokesman for U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter, said in an email that the Congresswoman and all staff that aren’t furloughed are "safe and very thankful for Capitol Police."
U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster sent out a Tweet saying that she is fine.
"Staff and I are safely in my office and sheltering in place. Stay safe everyone," Kuster said in her Tweet.
Sen. Kelly Ayotte also Tweeted a message saying she and her staff are OK.
"My staff and I are safe," Ayotte said. "I am grateful to our brave first responders and my thoughts & prayers are with anyone who was injured."
U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen is also safe, according to WMUR's James Pindell and the Union Leader's John DiStaso.
The Capitol building was placed on lockdown just before 2:30 p.m., according to the Associated Press. The AP reports one Capitol police officer has been injured, and CNN reported the officer was air-lifted to the hospital. There were reports of multiple gunshots near the Senate Hart Office Building, and people were seen running, CNN reported.
