NHSP: Beaming Teen Speeder Bagged Doing 107 mph on I-93
Troopers arrest Joseph Brown this morning after allegedly swerving around vehicles, driving at a high rate of speed on the Interstate.

WINDHAM, NH - A local teen was arrested this morning for reckless driving after allegedly speeding on I-93.
Joseph Brown, 19, of Pelham, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2015, at just before 9 a.m. He’s due in Salem District Court on Jan. 14, 2016.

According to New Hampshire State Police, a trooper from Troop B in Bedford was patrolling I-93 when he observed a vehicle traveling south in Windham “a high rate of speed, rapidly passing vehicles,” according to Sgt. T. Lencki of the NHSP. The trooper tagged the driver going 107 mph in a 65 zone, according to the allegation.
The driver, Brown, was pulled over and arrested. He was booked and processed and will be in court next month.
