Overturned Dump Truck Causing Delays on I-93

An overturned dump truck on Interstate 93 north in Salem is causing some traffic delays this morning.

The accident was first reported around 6 a.m. on I-93 north at the Exit 1 off-ramp, according to emergency radio broadcasts. One person reportedly suffered minor injuries and has been transported to the hospital.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation reports that traffic is backed up in Windham and Salem on I-93 north and south right now due to this accident and a second accident in the median near Exit 3 in Windham.
