1:22 a.m. Sean Hanlon, 24, of Patriot Drive in East Hampstead is charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

3:25 p.m. John J. Herlihy, 40, of Windham Depot Road in Derry is charged with false inspection or registration sticker and misuse or failure to display plates.

AUGUST 8

9:10 a.m. Theft is reported on Bennington Road.

11:17 a.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Alpine Road.

10:40 p.m. A juvenile is arrested for simple assault on Kendall Pond Rd.

AUGUST 9

12:11 p.m. Forgery is reported on Indian Rock Road.

1:20 p.m. Theft is reported on Rockingham Road.

3:47 p.m. Jessica R. Hayes, 38, of Rockingham Road is charged with criminal mischief (vandalism), simple assault, and arrest on a warrant.

AUGUST 10

6:40 p.m. Theft is reported on Gov. Dinsmore Road.

AUGUST 11

9:06 a.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Depot Road.

AUGUST 12

10:39 a.m. A motor vehicle accident is reported on Indian Rock Road and Range Road.

11:35 a.m. A wanted person is reported on Rockingham Road.

AUGUST 13

2:40 p.m. Illegal dumping is reported on Cobbetts Pond Road.
