2:13 p.m. Kelly McLaughlin, 26, of Colonial Road in Windham is charged with operating without a valid license.

9:24 a.m. Theft is reported at Canobie Lake Veterinary Hospital on Range Road.
10:55 p.m. Sean Michael Wood, 19, of Bradford Street in Windham is charged with disorderly conduct.
DECEMBER 2
