10:10 a.m. Suspicious vehicle is reported on Beacon Hill Road.

OCTOBER 4

4:05 p.m. Burglary is reported on Londonderry Road.

OCTOBER 5

3:05 p.m. Motor vehicle accident hit and run is reported on North Lowell Road.

3:59 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Indian Rock Road.

4:55 p.m. Adam Winship, 37, of Julie Lane in Hudson is charged with conduct after an accident and reckless operation.

7:43 p.m. James Christian Marnie, 38, of Horseshoe Road is charged with criminal liability for conduct of another and simple assault.

OCTOBER 6

9:33 a.m. Sandi Battles, 23, of Windham Depot Road in Derry is charged with suspended registration (operating misdemeanor) and driving after revocation or suspension.

11:08 a.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Gaumont Road.

3:54 p.m. Douglas Moran, 24, of Broderick Drive in Framingham, Mass is charged with fradulent use of a credit card.

6:21 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at Windham Middle School on Lowell Road.

OCTOBER 7

4:37 p.m. Juvenile offenses are reported at Warde Health Center on Searles Road.

OCTOBER 8

4:34 p.m. Tyler Malek, 26, of Eastman Drive in Derry is charged with operating without a valid license.

4:57 p.m. Elaina Bairos, 43, of Hawley Road is charged with false inspection or registration sticker.

7:12 p.m. Maureen McCann, 57, of Washington Street in Laconia is placed in protective custody due to alcoholism.
