1:48 p.m. Juvenile offenses are reported at Windham Middle School on Lowell Road.

2:29 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Indian Rock Road.

3:47 p.m. Theft from motor vehicle is reported on Karen Road.

NOVEMBER 18

2:11 a.m. Keston M. Smith, 25, of Horseshoe Road in Windham is charged with driving while intoxicated.

9:21 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Haverhill Road and Mammoth Road.

6:27 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on North Lowell Road and Indian Rock Road.

NOVEMBER 19

1:47 a.m. Zachary Michaud, 21, of Second Street in Windham is charged with simple assault.

2:14 a.m. Motor vehicle accident hit and run is reported on Londonderry Road.

5:40 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported in front of Rocky Ridge Complex on Rockingham Road.

7:06 p.m. Jonathan Leigh Currier, 31, of North Lowell Road in Windham is charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).

7:37 p.m. Matthew E. Lewin, 31, of Island Pond Road in Derry is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal threatening (intimidation, etc).
