1:51 p.m. Shawn M. Farrell, 30, of Whittier Road in Haverhill, Mass. is issued a summons for driving after revocation or suspension.

4:08 p.m. Theft is reported on North Lowell Road.

4:33 p.m. Robert Butler, 47 of Hayward St. in Manchester, N.H. is charged with two counts of forgery and burglary.

8:40 p.m. Assault is reported at Manor Motel on Rockingham Road.

9:44 a.m. Kara Jones, 30, of Division St. in North Attleboro, Mass. is charged with willfull concealment.

3:40 p.m. Bethany Laflash, 29, of New Boston Road in Kingston, N.H. is charged with fradulent use of credit card and theft; all other.

10:10 p.m. Suspicious vehicle is reported by Ernie's Garage on Range Road.

3:28 p.m. A 15-year-old juvenile is charged with reckless conduct; place another in danger.
