12:36 a.m. Amana Marsh, 20, of Lady Lane in Salem, N.H. is issued a summons for unlawful possession of alcohol.

12:36 a.m. Luke Lane, 18, of Woodvue Road in Windham is issued a summons for unlawful possession of alcohol.

12:36 a.m. Shane McClenaghan, 19, of Houstons Way in Hampstead, N.H. is issued a summons for unlawful possession of alcohol.

12:36 a.m. Scott Lane, 22, of Woodvue Road in Windham is charged with resisting arrest or detention, two counts of simple assault and fascilitating an underage drinking party.

9:34 a.m. Luiz Geraldo Amato, 40, of Humphrey St. in Lowell, Mass is issued a summons for operating without a valid license.

5:34 p.m. William Jesse Szafran, 25, of Jordan Road in Windham is charged with simple assault.

5:50 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported by Delahunty on Indian Rock Road.

8:16 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported at Capri Pizza on Indian Rock Road.

12:05 p.m. Harassment is reported on Hancock Road.

1:14 p.m. Suspicious vehicle is reported on Route 28 and Indian Rock Road.

1:22 p.m. Theft is reported at Taylor Residence/ Taylor's Country Daycare on North Lowell Road.

1:49 p.m. Gun shots are reported in the area of Heritage Hill Road.

5:18 p.m. Suspicious person is reported at McDonalds on Indian Rock Road.

10:33 p.m. Keith J. White, 20, of Ledge St. in Nashua is charged with arrest on a warrant and fraudulent use of credit card.

9:58 a.m. Suspicious person is reported in the Cobblestone Road area of Mammoth Road.

11:20 a.m. Criminal threatening is reported on London Bridge Road.

5:19 p.m. Juvenile offenses are reported on Nottingham Road.

7:09 p.m. Shannan R. Sweezey, 40, of W. Broadway in Derry, N.H. is charged with two counts of simple assault.

2:50 p.m. Adam Gleken, 39, of Montgomery St. in Manchester, N.H. is issued a summons for suspended registration (operating-misd).

6:30 p.m. Joshua Klufts, 19, of Millville Circle in Salem, N.H. is charged with conduct after an accident.
