6:23 a.m. Salomon Salas Rodriguez, 61, of English Village Road in Manchester is charged with operating without a valid license.

8:50 a.m. Kristen A. Angelesco, 40, of Newhall Avenue in Saugus, Mass. is charged with false prescriptions.

AUGUST 24

8:07 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on East Street and Meetinghouse Road.

AUGUST 25

10:43 a.m. Ashely Mangano, 23, of East Derry Road in Derry is charged with a bench warrant.

10:55 a.m. Theft is reported on Sawtelle Road.

12:38 p.m. Jesus Junior Sierra, 25, of Sharon Road in Windham is charged with being a habitual offender and having an unregistered vehicle.

3:57 p.m. Theft is reported on Church Road.

AUGUST 26

6:14 a.m. Wellington Dasilva, 30, of Barry Avenue in Dracut, Mass. is charged with improper turning and operating without a valid license.

11:15 a.m. Theft is reported on Cobbetts Pond Road.

2:20 p.m. Richard F. Callan, 60, of 2nd Street in Woburn, Mass. is charged with driving or operating under influence of drugs or liquor.
