Big changes in the town's school district are right on the doorstep and it could soon be up to the voters to decide how overcrowding issues are going to be solved in the schools. The Windham School Board presented two options to address middle school concerns The first was a two-phased expansion on the current middle school, and the second was building an entirely new seventh and eighth grade facility on London Bridge Road.
