Recognition for Windham College Students

Several Windham residents have been recognized for their collegiate prowess over the last month, earning honors from schools all over the country.

Here are some of those accomplishments:

Roger Williams University

Ailish Barry was named to the Spring 2012 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Ailish is a Psychology major. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

Stonehill College

Windham resident Brianna Marie Bach recently graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Wake Forest University

Courtney Smith was among over 1900 students from Wake Forest University who made the Spring 2012 Dean's List.

Ithaca College

Lauren Barber graduated from Ithaca College's School of Communications with a major in Journalism. The degree was awarded in May 2012.

University of Hartford

Emily McNulty was named to the Dean's List for Spring 2012.

University of Vermont

Ashraf Eassa, a senior majoring in Mathematics in the College of Engineering & Mathematical Sciences.

Danielle M. Goglia, a first-year student majoring in Dietetics Nutrition & Food Sciences in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences.

Katherine A. Ida, a senior majoring in English in the College of Arts & Sciences.

To be named to the Dean's Lists, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
