The Granite State didn't score well in a recent WalletHub study on the best and worst places to retire.
If you’re thinking about retirement, you might also want to think about moving.
WalletHub ranked New Hampshire 38th out of 51 (including the District of Columbia) on their ‘Best and Worst States to Retire’.
The project considered affordability, quality of life, and health care. New Hampshire ranked poorly in affordability (39th) and quality of life (36), and finished modestly in health care (18th).
