According to Lt. Perriell of the Pelham Police Department, detectives in town began to gather information about alleged drug trafficking in the area, involving local residents, about three months ago. The organization allegedly dealing the drugs was based out of Lawrence and Boston, MA, but they were targeting users in Southern New Hampshire, he noted.

“Investigators were able to identify over 15 individuals, mostly Pelham residents, making purchases from this organization,” Perriell alleged. "The drugs would be sold at three locations in Pelham, which were placed under surveillance by detectives. Drugs would be delivered at these locations and then dispensed to buyers.”

This afternoon, investigators arrested Pimentel and he was allegedly found to be in possession of eight individual wrapped baggies containing what investigators believe to be crack cocaine. His Ford Explorer was seized pending a search warrant.
