A woman suffered serious injuries in an accident on Route 111 on Thursday morning. The crash was first reported around 8:45 a.m. on Route 111 at the Interstate 93 off-ramp, according to emergency radio broadcasts. One woman was reportedly seriously injured, and the officer in charge of the scene has requested a trauma alert.
