Two From Mass. Arrested On License Charges: Windham Police Log

WINDHAM, NH — Vincent W. Delmedico, 30, of Windham Road in Pelham, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. on Nov. 11, 2017, on two counts of simple assault and two counts of criminal mischief. He was arrested on Fellows Road.

Juan M. Mayancela Quishpi, 26, of Main Street in Milford, MA, was arrested at 6:28 a.m. on Nov. 10, 2017, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested by Cochran Farm on North Lowell Road. Two others – a Stoughton, MA, woman, and a homeless person from Massachusetts, were taken into protective custody due to alleged drunkenness. At 7:13 a.m., officers were sent to Dunkin’ Donuts on Indian Rock Road for a report of suspicious activity. Arrested for operating without a valid license was Gloria Humala, 27, of Stoughton, MA. Another person – a homeless man from the Bay State – was taken into protective custody due to alleged drunkenness.

George Gagnon, 41, of Bridle Bridge Road in Windham, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2017, for witness tampering. He was arrested on Fellows Road.

Cameron N. Guimond, 23, of Sawtelle Road in Windham, was cited at 1:43 a.m. on Nov. 7, 2017, for open container at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Indian Rock Road.

Claudio Perez, 57, of Ashland Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on Indian Rock Road near AJ Letizio Sales and Marketing.

Eric R. Bowler, 39, of Carlton Street in Peabody, MA, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, on a warrant on Fellows Road.

Jared Bermingham, 18, of North Lowell Road in Windham, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2017, on two counts of reckless conduct. He was arrested on Fellows Road.
