Vermont Man Facing Drug, Alcohol Charges

Friday, Nov. 29

• 12:42 a.m.: A suspicious vehicle was reported in the parking lot of Citizens Bank on Indian Rock Road.
• 11:52 a.m.: A domestic incident was reported on Hardwood Road.
• 2:50 p.m.: A traffic hazard was reported on Route 111.
• 4:10 p.m.: Police received a report of harassment on Fellows Road.

Saturday, Nov. 30

• 1:43 a.m.: Eric Robert Kling, 46, of 688 North Ave., Burlington, VT was charged with transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and misuse/failure to display plates, transporting alcoholic beverages and driving under the influence.
• 10:39 a.m.: A domestic incident was reported on Hardwood Road.
• 1:47 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported at Citizens Bank on Indian Rock Road.
• 4:18 p.m.: Howard Hart III, 49, of 8 Haigh Ave., Salem was charged with driving under the influence, second or third and transporting alcoholic beverages.
• 11:42 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Country Village Road.
