VIDEO: One, Two, Three – Turn Those Tassels
The first graduating class of Windham High School celebrated on June 8.
It's a time-honored tradition of a commencement ceremony – the turning of the tassels – and Windham High School was able to do it for the first time on June 8.
Class of 2012 president and valedictorian Matthew Cotton led the countdown, taking to the stage to direct the students.
Mortar boards flew in the air to applause and cheers as 124 students closed the book on a chapter of their lives.
