Weekend Weather: A Mixed Bag
Forecasters: Expect sun, clouds, wind, rain, and freezing temperatures around the Granite State.

This weekend’s weather in New Hampshire is going to literally be a mixed bag of everything – sun and rain, wind and freezing temps, according to meteorologists.
AccuWeather.com is calling for a bit chilly temperatures after showers move out of the region on Thursday. Showers are also expected on Sunday.
And prepare to look up at the sky on Halloween: A scary asteroid, the size of the Empire State Building, will zoom past Earth. Here are details on how to see it.

The forecast
Cloudy and sprinkles possible tonight with highs in the mid-40s across most of New Hampshire.

On Thursday, a 40 percent change of showers during the morning with temperatures in the mid-60s and winds up to 10 mph out of the southwest. Temps will drop down into the high 30s during the evening.
The sun returns on Friday but expect it to be cooler with highs only reaching the upper 40s. Overnight lows will be chilly, in the low- to mid-20s.
Of the two weekend days, Saturday appears to be the best: Sunny skies with highs in the low 50s. Overnight lows will be in the mid-30s.
The rain could return on Sunday – forecasters are calling for a 40 percent chance of showers with highs in the upper 50s.
The sun is expected to return on Monday.
