Have you ever been in a situation where the only thing you want to do is just hit someone off the head with a stapler? If so, you most likely know the stress that is associated with refraining from doing anything that you will later "ragret" (We're The Millers reference). Sometimes the best medicine in any situation that life throws at us, is to smile and make a good chuckle to help release stress and get us back on track. Laughing once in a while can certainly help your stress level and if you don't do it excessively, what's the harm?
I challenge everyone to follow this regimen when the going gets tough, for it will dramatically change your perspective on life! When I was in High School, it was so hard to express how I truly felt because the fear of judgement from others ran through my veins, making me paralyzed to even speak most of the time. As I am transitioning into college life, one begins to have a sense of purpose and placement in life, for an education can truly better ones direction in many ways!
This evening, I'd like to leave you all with the questions, what is your direction in life? How did you shape that direction? Please feel free to share your experiences in this nonjudgemental forum
Till next time,
Vincent Rosa
