Windham 2020 Town Election Voter's Guide
Here is everything you need to know about the March 10, 2020, town and school elections.
WINDHAM, NH — Voters in Windham go to the polls on March 10 to make decisions about town and school budgets as well board of selectmen and other positions and zoning and planning, too. Here is everything voters need to know. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Windham High School, 64 London Bridge Road in Windham.
Competitive Town Races
Selectmen: Bruce Breton, Steven Pawlyk, Matthew Rounds, and Jennifer Simmons are all running for two three-year seats on the board.

Four candidates have signed up to run for two planning board seats: Jacob Cross, Paul Gosselin, Mark Gross, and Ruth-Ellen Post.
Voters will also decide on approving a $16 million or $15.7 million town operating budget; on whether or not to spend $9.5 million to construct a water line along Route 111; pay increases for town employees; a Jaws of Life for the fire department; a lease payment on an ambulance; a Keno proposal; and a carbon cash-back program.

School Races
Three candidates are running for two three-year seats: Rob Breton, Samuel Falsetti, and Daniel Popovici-Muller. Vasilios Lirofonis is on the ballot but withdrew his candidacy after the ballots were printed.
Voters will approve either a $55 million or a $54.9 million school budget.
Also on the school ballot are raises for AFSCME employees, a reserve fund transfer, and a capital needs reserve fund transfer.
