<a href="http://www.eagletribune.com/newhampshire/x426437685/Wind-sun-will-generate-energy-and-interest-at-WHS" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">The Eagle Tribune reported this morning</a> that a wind and solar powered energy system that has been in development for three years will come to Windham High School in the spring. The paper went on to report that David Hutchings, a junior at WHS, pushed for the project. Hutchings said that the project is in the mid-$50,000 range. Windham Endowment for Community Advancement led the fundraising efforts. In late September, Windham Patch reported that the Windham Initiative for Renewable Energy (WIRE) for the project.
