Windham Man Arrested on Drug Charges: Police Log

WINDHAM, NH — Nicholas Sullo, 37, of Gaumont Road in Windham, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on March 24, 2017, on two criminal threat charges. He was arrested on Gaumont Road.

Richard A. Germain, 51, of Canterbury Shore Drive in Canterbury, received a summons at 1:42 p.m. on March 22, 2017, for operating with an expired license after a motor vehicle stop on Indian Rock Road. Also charged was Richard E. Bertheim, 49, of Dodge Street in Malden, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.

Paul McGuire, 38, of Rockingham Road in Windham, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. on March 21, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Industrial Drive near Roulston Road.

Meaghan M. Gallagher, 30, of Brewster Terrace in Methuen, MA, received a summons at 11:04 a.m. on March 19, 2017, for suspension of a vehicle registration. She was charged after a traffic stop on Haverhill Road near Faith Road.
