Windham Man Arrested for Transporting Drugs

Christopher Ouellette, 30, of Mammoth Road in Windham, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. on Oct. 20, on two transporting drugs in a motor vehicle charges.

He was arrested on a warrant by the Windham Police and transported to Salem. Ouellette was later released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail.
