Windham Man Could be Indicted for Child Porn This Month

A Windham man facing child pornography charges could be indicted this month, according to the Union Leader.

David Roth, 21, of 8 Jackman Ridge Road, was arrested in January and charged with distributing child pornography. He allegedly had three videos on his computer, but no Windham children were involved.

The Union Leader reports that Roth faces three counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images for allegedly posting the videos on the website Flixya.com in July of 2012. He remains free on $25,000 personal recognizance bail.
