Windham Men Face Second-Degree Assault Charges: Police Log

Plus, Salem woman cited for expired license, local man charged with negligent driving after crash, and teen faces domestic violence count.

WINDHAM, NH — Mona Savastano, 51, of Old Coach Road in Salem, received a summons at 12:57 p.m. on Jan. 1, 2018, for operating with an expired license on Haverhill Road.

Zachary S. Woodard, 38, of Hidden Valley Road in Windham, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Nov. 27, 2017, for second-degree assault after an alleged incident on Fellows Road. Also arrested at 10:45 a.m. was Roger Ploof, 49, of Sheffield Street in Windham, for second-degree assault.

Andrew DiPaolo, 38, of Searles Road in Windham, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2017, on a second-degree assault charge. Also arrested was Scott J. Tombarellos, 61, of Castle Hill Road in Windham, for second-degree assault. They were arrested after alleged incidents on Fellows Road.

A 16-year-old was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on Red Fox Road.
