Windham, Others Residents Receive Summonses: Police Log

​An expired license, a vehicle registration, an unofficial registration sticker, and failure to display plates lead to charges.

WINDHAM, NH — Deirdre Kerrigan, 37, of Coburn Street in Salem, received a summons at 10:55 a.m. on May 12, 2017, for suspension of a vehicle registration on Salem Road at the town line with Salem.

Jude B. Njorge, 45, of Wason Road in Hudson, received a summons at 7:15 a.m. on May 12, 2017, for operating with an expired license after a traffic stop on Salem Road.

Kenneth Ragucci Jr., 33, of Rockingham Road in Windham, received a summons at 2:16 p.m. on May 8, 2017, for operating with an expired license after a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham Road.

Frederick Salmons, 34, of Walnut Hill Road in Derry, received a summons at 1:56 p.m. on May 8, 2017, for unofficial inspection/registration decal after a traffic stop just into Salem on Rockingham Road.

Claudio Dasilva, 34, of Concord Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on May 7, 2017, for operating without a valid license and misuse/fail to display plates. He was arrested at Golden Brook Crossing on Lowell Road.
