Windham Residents Vote On March 13

Polls will be open in town from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Windham High School.

WINDHAM, NH — Voters will go to the polls on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, in Windham. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Windham High School. Voters have to competitive races on the ballot this year.

Three candidates are vying for two, three-year Planning Board seats: Matthew Rounds, Alan Carpenter, and Derek Monson.

Two candidates are attempting to win a single, six-year seat as Supervisor of the Checklist. Patricia Maranto and Eileen Mashimo are both running for the seats.

Town voters will also decide whether to approve of a nearly $14.39 million budget or a default budget of $14.05 million.

This year, there are also competitive school board races. Four candidates are seeking two, three-year seats on the board: Cynthia Finn, Tom Murrary, Jaime Slocum, and Shannon Ulery.

Voters in town will also decide on whether or not to approve a $54.03 million budget. If that budget is defeated, a $54.1 million budget will be the default budget.
